Southern Deviled Eggs

Hey Y’all!
Who loves them some deviled eggs? I know I do. These are staples for big Sunday lunches, Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Easter get togethers. I had the opportunity to make some for our Easter dinner and they were the bomb! I thought I would post this recipe with Memorial Day quickly approaching. Get my special recipe below that is sure to be a crowd pleaser.

Southern Deviled Eggs
6 eggs
½ cup of mayonnaise (I prefer Blue Plate or Hellmans)
2 tbsp Mt.Olive Dill Pickle Juice
1 Mt.Olive Dill Pickle chopped finely
1tbsp Yellow Mustard
Salt and Pepper to taste
Paprika to garnish
1 jar of Pimentos to garnish

1. Hard boil your eggs.
2. Slice each egg in half and spoon out the yolk and add into a medium size bowl. Place the egg whites into a serving dish.
3. Mash the yolks into a fine creamy mixture – adding mayo, dill pickle juice, dill pickles, yellow mustard, and salt/pepper. Mix well.
4. Evenly distribute the yolk mixture back into the egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika and chop pimentos and place about 3-4 pieces on top. Serve and enjoy!
